Strange Republican Plaudits

Two unusual articles I have come across:  S.C. GOP Governor Mark Sanford loving on Obama, and Newt Gingrich loving on Hillary.  The Sanford article appears to be out-of-context given the full editorial in The State.

Generally, I believe the Republican party is in its last throes - in large part because they’ve been leading based on which direction the wind is blowing - “Windsock Republicans.”  John McCain anyone?

My friends the climate is heating up and I am the right person to the lead the Republican Party on this and other critical issues. Please donate to my campaign so I can stay in the race and use your contact info as collateral for my bank note. That is some straight talk! I will not sign off on any earmarks, unless it is an earmark to follow Osama to the gates of hell, stay in Iraq for 100 years or a million, or bomb bomb Iran!!

I think I have heard him use the term Peace with Honor! How Nixonian!
