Personal Foul: Giving Him the Business

In case you missed it, an interesting personal foul was called in the NC State-Maryland game this year.

Doing some more research reveals that, while not on the books, this foul originates in common law and is called when one player has another on the ground while punching them in the face. Here is a 70s Jets game widely cited as the origin of the rule.
